I initially had a problem with the item, but they replaced without a problem. This company stands behind their products. The size of this bracelet is "believable" and it is a beautiful bracelet. I bought this to replace a 10 year old real tennis bracelet that was lost of the day I picked it up from the jeweller who "repaired" a broken link. Clearly it didn't work and so it fell off my wrist while wearing at the mall. This is the new bracelet that I choose to wear in lieu of the real thing. I really like this one. Get one!

I was very impressed with this bracelet! I bought it for myself as a little treat but it would make a great gift. It looks expensive and the plating does not wear off, cz stones are high quality! Comes in a gorgeous velvet lined box.

I have to retract my previous 4 or 5 star review. This bracelet is just a step up from Claire's made in China prom jewelry. Tarnished down to a copper color in less than a season (2-3 months). I WOULD GLADLY SEND THIS BACK AND CHANGE MY REVIEW FOR AN IDENTICAL PIECE THAT DOES NOT TARNISH. $30 down the drain. I may try another couple of pieces from Amazon just to make comparison. - (previous review) Looks just as awesome as my actual 14k white gold diamond tennis bracelet! 😍

Really pretty bracelet. No one will mistake it for a real diamond tennis bracelet, but it is well designed and very pretty. This was bought as a present and I think she will love it!

this is a very thin bracelet, not what I expected. I bought another and each CZ is at least 4 times bigger.
