These are exactly as described on the product page. The sparkle is provided by glass/rhinestone/crystal (not cubic zirconia). The silver chains are OK; nothing special in design or sparkle. These are suitable for a teenager, who may be more interested in bling and less concerned about how closely they match the real thing.They are lightweight yet sturdy. I too have a set where one stone points to the front and the other is a turned a bit away from the front. They come in a nice box, so can be given as a gift.

My wife loves how these look. They are simple and charming. Her ears are pierced kind of high so she likes when earrings have a little extra length to lay better. They do still look like costume jewelry despite what the description says. Here's the real rub, they do not lay straight. The chain easily gets kinked, and unkinking it takes a fair bit of effort. In fact out of the package the top loop of the chain was wedged so tightly against the stud that to get the bottom stone to lay forward facing she had to use jewelry tools to get enough leverage to move it. If you don't have tools, it might be impossible to fix. Even after she got the stone to face forward they were a little skewed. Also what does crystal even mean? Possibly it means it's naturally occurring? Gems are minerals that occur in a crystal form, so what mineral/gem is it? It honestly doesn't refract much so you can see the setting through it. Really beautiful design, mediocre execution.
