Cute, sweet and couldn't wait to receive them but was disappointed with how small the clamp was. Every time I tried to insert I'd drop the little clamp and have to do a search for something very small. I finally gave up and have yet to wear them. Older folks, especially with arthritis, should prepare to switch out the clamp or you will drive yourself crazy.
