Bought this because I need a cheap and dependable watch that's easy to read and not too small. Has all the functions I need and backlight is great too. Very light on the wrist and the size is perfect for my small/medium sized wrist. Great value!

I've worn Casios for years, including an F-91 that's been through multiple deployments. They are simply excellent watches. This one has become my new favorite, just on the basis of the look, which is has a perfect 80's vibe. I wear it constantly, including the shower, and there are no problems with it whatsoever, typical for a Casio. The digital watches that came out in the 80's and 90's from Casio and Timex are perfect products. I know some guys collect watches like jewelry or engineering sculptures and I get that, and I know lots of people use Apple watches and I get that too, but as a straightforward timepiece, this is peak. You cannot do better for the money.

This watch has a new design in a familiar case shape. It's attractive and useful.

It think this is my sixth Casio I've purchased over the past couple of years. Over this period, I've had zero issues with any of these watches.I decided to buy this particular model up on a whim, whilst browsing Amazon. I saw some online reviews about particular model, and everyone said the same thing - the WS1600H-1AV is a very good watch.Anyway, there really isn't too much to say. You're not going to beat Casio for its price and this new model is a take on the cult classic 'Casio Royale'. This has two countdown timers - one for every second and the second for every 10 second period. Once the 10 second timer hits six bars (sixty seconds), it resets back to zero. It's a neat, different twist. As with the 'Casio Royale', it has the usual features such as world times with cities, timers, alarms and background light. All work well and are set easily. If you want a solid, durable digital watch that will not break the bank, then it's going to hard to beat this Casio.

My daily watch has been the Casio calculator watch for a long time, but I needed something with a bit more info on the screen as well as a light for my night time job which requires constant time logs. This fit the bill perfectly. It is a bit larger than my calculator watch but still fits great. I do have very skinny wrists and even then, the fit is perfect for what I like. So no worries if you have small wrists with this watch. Greta price, great quality as always, highly recommend.

Works great as a watch only issue is it's only got one alarm and my old watch had up to five so nothing wrong with the product itself.

Why would I need an expensive watch with chronometers and mechanical kinetic bs when a $20 beater casio can do everything those expensive watches can do and more. And if I can do it with the nerd sheik stylings that appeal to my Gen-X brain - then yeah...I gonna take that cheap little Casio, pimp it out a bit and ride that indestructible sonovabish for a solid decade. Just watch me. Ugh.This watch, specifically with the orange accents reminds me of some of the cooler parts of my childhood. Stuff like Battlestar Galactica, the early Star Trek films and the Rebel Alliance in Empire springs to mind. Plus it all fits into the same case as the Casio Royale...so there are good options to spring for an upgraded SKX Mod steel case if I like this thing enough after I've used for 1-10 years. We'll have to see. What's notable about it over the other Casios? Not a ton. The actual time readout IS bigger and more visible than on the Royale. It also doesn't randomly change timezones when I accidentally push the button like the Royale does. The light is just okay. The complication is pretty intuitive and usable. There's only one alarm. I probably won't end up using the interval timer since I don't teach soccer.Everything else about the menus and features is pretty standard. I've added some Jay & Kay's 22mm strap adapters and a thick $10 NATO strap while I save up for the steel and sapphire case. So far though, I'm really digging it. Who knows...maybe you will too.

Like the more classic Casio digital watch from the 80's (F91W) - BUT IT HAS A COUNTDOWN TIMER
