Case Club 32 Watch Case

First of all, this case is a phenomenally great buy for what it is. A Pelican case is as good as it gets for waterproof storage cases and they're not cheap compared to some other solutions - but you do get what you pay for with Pelican. Add the pre-cut foam that Case Club is installing, which is executed excellently I might add, and you have a watch storage case that cannot be beat - and believe me, I've been trying to find something like this for years. $199 might seem like a lot, but it's really not - not at all. That's $6.21 per watch. The only way to do it cheaper is to buy the run of the mill $29 Chinese made cases that will fall apart in 18-36 months, and look extra cheesy sitting on your dresser. Even if you filled the case with $100 watches, it will still be housing $3,200 worth of gear - why would you not spend $199 to protect that gear? Most of our watches are more like $500-2k each...do that math and you'll realize you only think this case is expensive because of the $29 Chinese storage cases you see online. This case was purchased just for my Shinola quartz watches. With as many watches as I have, I don't want them all on display - it's a little embarrassing to have 60+ watches in display cases, and it also increases risk of theft. I already have 15 or so automatics in watch winders that I really hate for people to see. That being said, a top quality locking case that holds my quartz watches securely (and tucks away discreetly under the bed) is a perfect solution. Now that I've seen this case in person, I'd pay $299 without batting an eye. Note to the manufacturer: I just said that to help you...Don't you dare! :-)As far as protection goes, you have an O-Ring that goes all the way around making it water tight, an air pressure valve for air travel and the foam is perfect - plenty firm, yet plenty flexible. Watches flat out will not move. If I weren't afraid to scratch my case, I'd have zero concern dropping it off the roof with watches inside. While all my watches are 45mm or smaller (most a lot smaller), I think you could probably fit 50mm plus watches in here.I've been looking for a solution like this for years - I'll likely be buying a smaller 4-8 watch version for travel, as well as another 32 count case to hold my vintage stuff, other quartzes, etc.

This has got to be the best watch storage case available. It stores more watches than almost any other storage. The watches fit snug, so they wont move about. Case is lockable with builtin combo lock and 2 padlock holes. It's a pelican 1495 case... so it is extremely durable and waterproof when sealed. It has the pressure valve to prevent it from exploding or crushing due to altitude changes. Comes with a nice detachable shoulder strap. The company is doing themself a disservice ... they state "36mm or smaller", but it should actually be 46mm or smaller. Many people might not buy this because there aren't many watches 36mm and smaller. I am sure it can hold watches larger than 46mm, but you wouldn't put 2 50mm watches next to each other or they might touch. If you have a large watch collection that is growing... this is the best storage.

Solid and well built. You can add a padlock so you can hide how many watches you bought from your spouse. I asked my 80 LB dog to try and open it but he couldn’t so I’m going to go out on a limb and say bear proof. Come to think of it, the wife peaked in one day while I was changing out a watch and saw just how many were in there. There definitely was a bear in the house that day. Turned out ok though. My 80 LB dog let me share his doghouse the rest of the week. He helped keep me mostly warm. I guess that’s my only complaint; this case cost me much more than advertised. I had to buy flowers AND an expensive dinner because of It so I could come back in the house.

The construction quality of the case is awesome.

The best case ever! This is the one you want, trust me - built like a tank. Holds more watches than I have right now which will only increase over time. Foam is laser cut fits watches perfectly. I could see someone using it to transport high end collections without the worry of damage during any journey. It's a Pelican case btw, with pressure relief and anti-theft connections which you would need an additional steel cable to use, and you can lock it with padlocks in addition to the built-in lock on the case. Very worth the money, and basically the last case you'll ever buy....unless you own a watch store or something.

I currently owned the Gen 1 (pelican case) and ordered this one hoping to get the same exact case, as I had filled the first case. I opened this box disappointed they had moved away from Pelican and are using a MUCH cheaper brand of case. It is still sufficient, as it sits in a vault and does not get beat up. However, I was disappointed to see they moved away from the nicer case to lower the price. The foam insert is still amazing and would recommend or gift to anyone. It is just sad to see Gen 2 as a much inferior product to Gen 1. Still the best watch cases on the market.

Its a good size, hold lots of watches, needing a little more height for my Invictas, its a touch short & holds the case opne slightly which was dissappointing. Overall happy & looks good

I had my watches in two display boxes. They were taking up too much room and had to make sure the solar powered were on top row to get light. With this case I leave it open so all receive light. If I don't want them seen I close the case and no one will know what is inside. Only problem is I have empty slots and feel need to fill them.
