The ring itself was beautiful. Gorgeous. Big and looks 100% real. I would of given this ring higher rating w exception of service that I got. Because I have very small fingers and I always have to resize my ring , before purchasing I confirmed that the ring was a size 4. They ensured me that it was. I went ahead with ordering product. I had an engagement party to go to so I ordered the ring on timely manner. The day of the event I received the ring. All excited I wore to ring. To my ultimate disappointed the ring was big and the ring is as 3 piece. The pieces were all unstable and did not hold I'm place. I went to the mall to check the size and they confirmed me it was size 5.I was so upset bc I took the time to email the The correct size and they gave me wrong info.I than called Amazon and reported the error and since I needed to wear ring today they told me to go ahead w resize and give them copy for reimbursement.When I went to size the ring everywhere I went treated the ring as 3 rings and not one. Therefore I ended up paying 60 dollars to resize and an additional 30 to get ring lazered bc they 3 rings do t hold in one place.When contacted seller they said we have u size 4. Which was not trueThen they said find place to resize doe 15 dollars or send ring back.15 dollar was price of just one ring for their informationWhen I realized they don't really want to make customer happy. I called Amazon and they were able to refund me and make me a happy person.So end of story ring is worth the purchase however be prepared to put additional ml ey to possibly fix it to level you want.
