Very pretty stud and I don't have to worry about twisting it so it doesn't stick out, but beware cause it comes out very easily especially while your sleeping and I can usually find it but I couldn't the third time it came out so I had to buy another one.Update, second one I've bought that's came out too easy that's lost. I don't have this problem with other ones. I won't buy it again.

it should say it doesnt lay flat due to the facets. also the shape and size of the length of the piercing is too small and doesn't allow you to put the heart facing the right direction comfortably

Comes out too easily, lost it within 5 days of wearing it. And haven’t found it since -_-

The piece itself is beautiful, but the hook to keep it in your nose is too small. The night I received it, it came out in my sleep and I was never able to find it.
