Wanted a nice watch so I could tell time at work without having to go to the back and look at the clock. It took 2 days for it to arrive and when it did it was dirty. Obviously used. The battery was dead and there was little hairs and dirt on the straps and the back of the watch where I tried to open the back to see if there was even a battery in the watch. There was no instructions in the manual for how to open the back and the 1 year warranty doesn’t cover damage done to the strap, glass, or battery so it’s useless. I tried going on the website to see if there was some instructions on how to open the back or maybe even a “Frequently asked Questions” section……Nothing. I’m going to return it and hopefully get my money back. This wasn’t cheap and I’m disappointed.

I purchased this watch for my husband and he is very pleased. it is a very attractive watch with a nice band.

Overall it is a decent watch. It feels a little cheaper than I was hoping, but it also was a cheap watch to begin with. My only real issue is the band is easy to get gunked up/ dirtied. It is almost meshy. The watch does look decent though.

The hands on this watch are almost impossible to see against the black face of the watch. I ordered one with blue hands. Sent it back without fully unwrapping it. Bought another, made by another company, that's very similar, but very easy to read. Shopped a lot with EASY TO READ as a top feature after that first experience. MUCH better.
