Yes I ordered a bracelet through you guys as a gift for a dear friend. And although I loved it, the day I gave it to him and he put it on within the first 10 to maybe 15 minutes one of the ends came undone. I have included photos. No response or resch out from seller. Would highly 1000% NOT RECOMMEND.
