I would like to add an update to this review but will still like to leave my original one.. As of today I'm very happy to be able to add this.. As I saidI had contacted the seller and was hopeless.. Then I decided to message him and pour my heart out.. I also spoke to a custmer service gal who put me in touch with another gal and she has gone above and beyond!! She emailed the seller and he contacted me shortly after and tho he wasn't going to issue a refund,, he IS SENDING ANOTHER RING!!! I am so pleased with the outcome. My grandaughter is thrilled as am I! Mow they can take the replacement ring to the jeweler who sized it and have the stone mounted in the ring that fits. It pays to have patience and take a moment to just request your need from your heart. This seller went out of his normal to please a customer and to me that speaks volumes. The ring was a gift for my grandaughter and the first day she wore it the stone fell out and needless to say was lost. The time frame of 30 days had past due to her needing to get the ring sized to fit her so she could not wear it right when she got it. I've requested the seller to remedy the issue but only have been told if it is past 30 days they are sorry but I'll need to deal directly with Amazon. We'll Amazon is telling me that because I did not request the refund within 30 days there is nothing they can do and I will have to take the matter up with the seller. I'm so frustrated that the quality of the ring was so bad the stone fell out the first time she wore it. Especially for the price I paid and then add the amount to have the ring sized down. That the seller will not consider making this right is horrible. I understand time frames but they need to understand this is not a return due to not liking the ring, it is due to the ring being of poor quality and poor craftsmanship. I read the reviews and see that almost every one of them had the same issue and the stone fell out of the ring very soon after purchasing it. I have bought rings from Amazon before and when the stone fell out I received a new ring and did not even have to return the one that I had. So it's very hard for me to understand the lack of professionalism in this case. I have asked the seller to consider sending me another stone so I can have the ring repaired. Otherwise it's $50.00 just wasted!! I'm very upset both with the seller and with Amazon.
