looks like the picture, maybe even more sparkly. Slightly more greenish tint to the blue color in real life. Made of nice material. Inlay of the jewels is smooth. The jewels fell out of a different ring I had similar to this one after a while. Haven't had this one long enough to know. My only wish is that they sold this in half sizes.
