A complimentary selenite and additional piece of unakite were included which I thought was very kind and exceptional. There was nothing I disliked. UPDATED: I had to go through the arduous process of sending the broken chain back (for what reason, I don't know), but was sent the replacement faster than the first arrived, and was able to give it as a gift in time! The second one was much better with a chain that works and clasps properly. The stone was even bigger than the first, so that was nice. My mom, who I gave it to, loves it and wears it all the time. (Scroll through for new images.)ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would have liked this necklace a lot, and was excited about it, until I opened the bag with the snake chain and this unusable chain with no closure or clasp came out. I am very disappointed. This was a gift and now I have to either return this or wait for the sellers to contact me and send me a proper and working chain. This was not cheap and is unacceptable to send, let alone pack up a defective product without realizing the necklace chain (not as photographed; added theirs as reference) is completely defunct. Please do better and please get back to me ASAP, so I can update and mend this review. Thanks.

Amazing!!!! Not only the product itself, or price, & wonderful packaging but also the customer service. Highly recommend this rose quartz heart pendant. It comes with a beautiful charged white heart quartz. My initial one never arrived. Seller was immediately responsive and so positive. Lovely experience. Once received it was the best to open up. Such detail. Great craftsmanship from the quartz to the chain in comes with. I wouldn’t think twice about purchasing from Zenergy Gems. Just Do It!

Really nice chain. Heart had a very small chip out of it, but kept it anyways hoping no one would notice when I wore it. Didn’t return as I am tired of returning orders that don’t fit, are not as described, damaged a bit or way overpriced for the quality.
