The screw mechanism is tight and it does not seem like it will come apart easily. It comes nicely packaged with a beautiful silver shinning cloth to keep it looking shiney and new. The chain is delicate but pretty. The butterfly is beautiful and looks amazing on the neck.The package came quickly, and better than described.It is a beautiful memorial for a loved one. My daughter stayed it was her favorite Holiday gift for 2023.
