This was sent directly to my grandma as a gift and I was horrified that after she opened the Amazon wrapping I paid for she found a cheap box and then the necklace all tangled up in plastic bags. And with her arthritis putting the charm on the tangled necklace was not possible for her. This was not a cheap product so I expected much nicer looking packaging. I was so embarrassed when she opened with me over Skype as the bags and way it was put together made it look so cheap and awful.
