The bracelet is very nice for the price my husband liked it. However we had to return it and order a size up he has a average size wrist and the 7.5 was very hard to fasten and hurt his hand a bit I measured his wrist and it should have fit nicely so I'd recommend a size up 8.5 would probably be perfect averagely speaking
