I bought the black one and I chose this brand partly because it had the shortest chain of the options. I can still fit it over my head but it doesn't sit as low. It goes with any outfit and it has enough weight not to feel cheap but not so much weight that it's annoying. Oh, and there is a second longer chain in the box if you like it longer. Every now and then when I wear it, I'm reminded to breathe deeply a few times and breathe out slowly through the straw-like pendant. I haven't yet had a panic attack since I ordered this but I hope this would help with that as well and I could see how this may help someone quit smoking, to wean off of the action of smoking. It came in a nice box and I recommend this necklace.

This necklace completely changed my breathing and now I know how to keep my anxiety level from rising just by elongating my exhale。It is the tool I needed to help me slow down to focus on my breathing and well being. Has dramatically decreased my anxiety and stress.I find that when I wear the necklace, I do not forget to do my breathing exercises as it is a great reminder hanging around your neck. I am pleased by the functionality and look, anywhere.It also looks like jewelry so no one has to know.

I bought this for my son who has high anxiety. It worked perfect at first. Whenever he felt anxious, or got the urge to bite his nails he used this instead. Unfortunately though after he returned to school the kids all tormented him badly. Saying it looks like a dog whistle and calling him a dog. The items it’s self works like expected but I wouldn’t recommend buying it for a child who needs it out in social gatherings. This unfortunately just made my sons anxiety worse and he didn’t want to use it at all anymore.

While I absolutely loved this product I will say it is an effort to keep it clean, after a few months of regular wear though I've only had to clean it a select few times. I get asked about it a lot and it is something I enjoy wearing. Also the kit comes with a spare chain and a cleaning cloth for easy cleaning and upkeep, all wrapped in an elegant green and gold box solid 8/10 product.

I use this product when I was in the process of quitting smoking after 30 years it’s a great product to have around your neck to do some simple breathing exercises. It’s great for the oral fixation from smoking and it’s kind of cute highly recommend this product does just what it says.
