This is a colorful and cute pin, but it is very lightweight. It would look nice as a hat pin as it is quite small. The pin clasp on the back feels very flimsy. I love the design and colors, but the quality could be better.

My mama is a quilter so I got this to give her for Mother's Day this year. It's so very sweet in person! I love the bright fun colors, the purple really makes it pop. It's a tiny thing, smaller than I was hoping actually, just about the size of a quarter... so the colors really do make it fun. My mom makes all sorts of hand made bags. I can't wait to see which one she pins this too. It's totally "her"! Would highly recommend this to others, especially with Mama Day coming up!
