the rope fell of the clasp, fixed it myself and used it 4 times and the clasp is now loose and my necklace falls off. otherwise I liked it

Got this for my daughter as a stocking stuffer. When it came, I wasn't so sure about it, but when she put it on...absolutely adorable ! She liked that the lobster claw clasp and chain allowed her to make the fit just perfect ! Would buy again !
