These earrings are very light so they are comfortable to wear. They're a pretty design and they look attractive and feminine. The size is a good length and I know I'll get a lot of use from them because the filigree looks classy. I would definitely attach a plastic safety backing like 144-Piece Earring Safety Backs for Fish Hook Earrings from Beadaholiques sold by Amazon, or some other sort of safety backing to the end of the hook so that they don't fall out of your ear accidentally. I've learned that lesson from losing another earring while I was wearing it. You don't even feel it leaving your ear. Since they are made of sterling silver, I would also recommend purchasing the 50 pcs 3M Tarni-shield Metal Silver Gold Black Squares...sold from Amazon to prevent tarnishing and the Beadaholique 2 by 3-Inch 100 Self Sealing Plastic Bags from Amazon also, so that you can put the earrings and a black anti-tarnish square in the bag. I do this with all of my sterling silver earrings to keep them looking like new.
