This jewelry is really cute in my medusa/philtrum piercing. The stone is very small but I've had no problems with it. The bioplast post is very comfortable, my only issue being that it is a little too long for my lip - I'm ordering a shorter one from Body Candy.

Super small but not so small that it pulls through the other side, the backing is a hard plastic but the flat on the backing doesn’t have any sharp edges to cut your gums or inside your lip. I’ve been wearing this for a few weeks not and love it!A little disappointed that the post is longer than most other lip studs because I prefer to cut a millimeter or so off of the backing so it doesn’t stick out of my face too far but that’s not really possible with this stud
