This is so cute, love the size and how flat it lies against the nose. I am sensitive to certain metals but this ring does not irritate my piercing.However, this points of the star are very sharp. A few times I have accidentally snagged the ring while drying my face. It’s ripped right out of my nose. The last time it happened, it scratched my nostril and left a mark.

My piercing in my nose was closing up, so I got this to wear. Unfortunately the L wasn't long enough, and I can't get it in my nose. I got a straight post bone type instead, and I hope to be able to wear the star in a few weeks. It's very cute.

I ordered this wanting something real but basic and it doesn't work as the star on the end of it is way to small if they made the star just even a little bigger than what it is it would work a lot better. So I spent all that money on something that I won't use. If your wanting something really small and not want it to really be seen then it would be great but if you want something that's a little bigger and want it to be seen then definitely don't purchase this. I first bought this and they sent an empty box but quickly sent a replacement and granted I have accidentally pulled this out of my nose while sleeping twice but its pretty snug and very comfortable. I didnt know the star was going to be so tiny though but it really works for it. I was hoping for a bigger star but in the end its a tiny cute little star and its awesome
