Plugs and Tunnel for EarsPlugs that are double flare have a flare at each end. O-rings are not necessary to wear these. Single flare plugs feature a flare at only one end of the plug and no flare plugs are exactly what they are; they are completely straight with no flare. Happy with the gauges nice flares well made the only thing I was a lil disappointed with is the color was slightly darker than it appeared in the picture but I do understand with acrylic you get that sometimes if you are looking for some well made double flare acrylic gauges then here you go
