Our 14k gold body jewelry is handmade in house by our Master Jewelers hand forged from 14k yellow and white gold wire in multiple gauge sizes including 18 gauge, 20 gauge and 22 gauge.

It is a pretty shade of purple, it is just hard to see because of the size (common sense on my part would've told me that when I ordered). It was difficult to get in, but once it's in, it hasn't come out at all, which is a plus. also instead of the gem being glued in the edges of the metal bend around it to hold it on, which is another plus. Overall it is a good quality piece that takes some manipulating to get in place, but I would recommend a different color, something more bright and vibrant.
