The jewelry is exactly as described BUT the jewel on the bottom ball is loose it's made a noise since it arrived also the top ball would get loose and I would have to keep tightening it. The top ball came off a few days now so now I only have half of the belly ring.UPDATE! They're sending me a new belly ring! Very good customer service :)
