The only thing that kind of bothered me was the two small translucent loops that go on either end of the flower. I didn't realize they would be so big/obvious (to be honest I didn't think they would be part of it at all, I thought the flower was literally part of the bar). It really isn't that noticeable once the bar is in your ear. but it is a little difficult trying to make sure the flower stays centered in the bar (The bar itself was a bit too long for my ear so that did not help in keeping the flower centered when the bar would also shift around). Really not a bad product. Did not irritate my piercings at all and looks pretty nice.
