I got this for my vertical labret and I must say I love that this product comes with 2 different sized spikes/balls! The first one is 3mm and the second is 4mm. Very glad I had spare different sized spikes around for my snakebites to make it match! The bar is a little long, so I'm going to order a 6mm bar to wear with these but I'm in love with the setup! (Currently wearing the 8mm bar)

prefacing this by saying that the jewelry i got after getting my angel fangs pierced had the TINIEST spikes so i wanted to get longer ones to handle them. i love the way they look and feel, but the ones i have on here are the smallest spikes they have in the pack and they are Extremely sharp. my lips are irritated from poking them and when i tried the longer ones they kinda just looked silly on me. also writing this review because i was sucking my bf's weenie and i kept STABBING IT! looks good, not practical

I love the big spikes!! I just wish that the top balls were smaller on some. Its okay though I just used a ball from an eyebrow ring.

Ended up swapping these out for smaller spikes so they wouldn't bump my lower lip during the healing process- but it's a super cute look! They all came together in one lil bag so I recommend sterilizing before using.

Got these to get my angle fangs pierced did not end up getting it done with these, they are shorter than I thought and,the balls won't stay on and the spikes are really sharp and long stabbed my lip. They are good Quality and lightweight, not good for the purpose I got them but good.
