I love the look of the spiked ends for the septum piercing but the original small cone s were too hard for me to put back together. These are so much easier to grip when changing your septum piercing. My only complaint is the larger one looking uneven. Just the way the spikes come to a point differently makes the big one look a little strange but I love the smaller ones in this pack and wear them regularly. Seems worth the money. I've worn it a while now and swapped it out a few times and have to say I will be buying these again. No chipping or scratching with the black septum metal along with no irritation.If you like to tuck your up this piercing will not do that unless you have an unnaturally slim bridge of your nose so if you hide your piercings for job related reasons maybe wear this one on a day off.
