Clean and sleek. Case and main watch looks to be well made and feels solid. The band lets it down a little bit, as it marks easily and the buckle looks like its made from plastic (it may just have a plastic coating as it feels solid/strong); though this let down is not a deal breaker. The functions are simple and intuitive, and the light is a handy for those night time checks. Alarm is reasonably loud (won't wake a heavy sleeper though) and the Dual time comes in handy when travelling or if you need to keep time in another part of the world.Overall, I love the watch.. I will put a new band on it in the not to distant future, but the rest of the watch is spot on.I would certainly buy it again!

Watch broke after less than 9 months of wear. Like other reviews, stem came out and now does not function. Loved functionality, just poorly made.

Love the design - very well made & tightly constructed, sleek & minimal. Rubber straps are well matched to the PVD case. Good water resistance. Blacked out LCD is easy to read, well backlit and easy to adjust. The thin, high-gloss black bezel and fully flat crystal look sharp. The only drawback - after a couple of months of constant wear, the two rubber strap retainers have both broken and the strap shows signs of wear in the form of a peeling 'outer layer'. Doesn't look as sharp as it used to.

LCD readout is hard to read but usable depending on ambient light. Easy to set up. Good size and very readable dial.

Just arrived. My 1st Braun...watch. Live looks much better than in the picture. Size is perfect to an average wrist. easy to set a digital information. Ha s basic - dual time, month/date/day of the week, chronograph and alarm with back-up light. Design is classic and perfect for me. Band is good (at least to get started). I do not plan to wear this watch every day, so hopefully the band should last. Very nice quality craftsmanship with good attention for details. What else? - just perfect!

The watch fell apart from the start. The instructions said to pull out the stem to set the time. The stem came completely out of the watch. I tried to take the easy way out and took it to a watch repair store with two jewelers. I told them, "I have this new watch and the stem came out immediately"--without even looking, they said, "oh I bet it is a Braun, they use to be good but not now, they are plastic inside and junk".

I like this watch a lot. I've never regretted purchasing any Braun product; I like their simple, elegant, and modern designs. The white hands, number, and markers on the black face is easy to read, although they're not luminescent. The yellow sweep second hand adds a dash of style. The yellow accent is repeated on the top mode button. The flexible rubber strap almost seamlessly flows into the titanium-like stainless steel case in matte finish, although I would have preferred a clasp rather than a buckle. The multiple functions appear on the digital readout, which is white on black LCD. Depending on the angle in which you view it, the digital numerals seem a appear and disappear, fading from black to silvery white as it reflects the ambient light. Although not mentioned in the product description, the LCD is backlit, but it's so dim as to be useful only in complete darkness. The bright side (pun intended) is the battery should last longer since there's no practical reason to activate the light.
