Nice chunky hexagonal silicone beads on a thick string, with break-away clasp. I suppose I wish it came in more color options. Rainbows are fine, but my kid wanted "boy colors".

My son usually destroys some of these sensory necklaces in a day. He chews very hard and a lot sometimes. But this one has lasted quite awhile and he is still using it.

My 2 year old loves this. Great durable piece. She really has a problem though as her hair gets caught in it. I wouldn't recommend for long haired kids.

My almost 3 yr old is verbally delayed and because of that uses biting to communicate. We were able to coach him to bite the necklace instead and it's because part of his routine. He loves it and it's made a huge difference.

I bought this for my fidgety seven year old daughter so she didn’t constantly have her fingers in her mouth and nose. The bead colors were super vibrant and a pleasant rubbery material. My only issue, which was a deal breaker, was the SIZE of the beads. Each bead was about the size of a dum-dum lollipop. I felt like the necklace would be more of a gawdy distraction for her, especially at school. I did like the simple breakaway string the beads were on as even my daughter could get on and off with no problem.

The necklace functions fine. The issue is the clasp. It is not strong and will unsnap whole wearing it. Disappointed that this is an issue.
