I applied the engraving customization but it did not come engraved.I tried to place the order again because I thought maybe I had accidentally removed the engraving when I first purchased it.I did not make the mistake, I noticed upon my second attempt to ensure the engraving occurred, that the engraving information does not transfer to the checkout details.When I placed a duplicate order, I went into the order details and it was as if I hadn't asked for engraving at all.Not sure if this is the fault of the distributor or Amazon's source code is messed up, but in the end I did not get the most important part included on the ring - which was the main reason I went with this vendor.
