I ordered this for my dad for father's day. The first one he received had a problem with the clasp so we sent it back and ordered a new one. The second one came apart so we now have to send it back as well. The shipping was fast, but the quality of this product is horrible!!! It's really too bad because my dad really likes the look of the bracelet.

I purchased 3 of these bracelets. Because they were pretty, and having paid only $12 a piece, I didn't expect a great deal. There was no opening directions enclosed; the clasp would not open I pulled a little and it broke. the next one was broken upon opening. So one of 3 cost me 36$ and it wasn't worth it.

The bracelet is lovely...was given as a gift and on the evening it was given it was broken.Apparently the clamps hold the rubber in place did not clamp it down well. I opened the clamp and fixed it back, but it kept coming apart. I eventually put some crazy glue on both ends and then clamped it...it's been a few days since and no coming apart, but we expect it to.think the designer needs to address that. I wanted to send it back but there are challenges and costs involved.
