only thing-i ordered a 4 mm necklace & it's a good thing i didn't order the 5 because I would have had to go to jeweler to have a new eye put on. The 4 didn't even fit but I took a pair of needle pliers-put them in the hole & gently stretched & was just enuff for the lobster claw to fit thru so, keep this in mind when ordering. As far as product-really nice & anyone should be happy with purchase.

I loved it as a gift and so did my daughter who I gave it to for a Christmas gift. It's just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The only suggestion is to ask for GIFT WRAPPING, otherwise it arrives in a pouch and not a more gift friendly jewelry box which completes the presentation of the gift.If not for the pouch instead of the box I would have gone 5 stars.

Love the quality of the pendant. The only downside is initial was not as big as photos of Madonna and Brittney, which I thought it would be the same. Size of my pendant including bale is right under one inch. Also mine did not come with a chain, which Amazon was nice enough to totally refund my money due to the error. So I got a nice pendant for free. Can't beat that. Overall happy with the purchase.

Very pretty necklace --- especially for the price! The chain is a great length if you like necklaces closer to your neckline. I think it's good quality and I would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived -- so much so that I ordered one for my sister - who also loved it. The size of the initial is larger than most I've seen but not too oversized to where it looks cheap.

The chain that came with the necklace is SO small, it couldn't even fit around my neck. The pendant itself is beautiful while the chain is highly disappointing. Would not reccomend.

Your company needs to find a new way of packaging and sending these necklaces. The chain was so terribly knotted that we had to cut the chain and put the pendent on another chain, There was no way we were getting it unknotted. The pendant is nice and my son is happy with his purchase, except for the chain part. So basically he spent $30.00 on a pendant and more money on a replacement chain.
