Purchased these earrings as a gift. I did not expect them to gleam so in the light. They look quite elegant, seem to be well made. Cannot attest to the screw back since I did not try them on (although I admit that I did think about it :-)). I didn't know what 5mm looked like. It's a regular size, not too large or imposing. Looks like it is about the same size as a half carat. Bling Jewelry shipped the product out quickly, excellent follow up.

Very disappointed.Not only are they much bigger than anticipated (about double the size), BOTH posts are bent making it ultra hard to get the backs off or on.For the price, I expected more.

The earrings are very nice. They are the perfect size. The backs screw on so you won’t lose them. However, one of the posts is bigger and really hurt to push through the hole in my ear. I won’t wear them often so I will keep them.

These studs are a quality product. They have a nice basket setting and the posts are marked. The best feature besides the price is the screw back posts. I tend to lose earrings easily and it is diffucult to find these except for children's earrings or diamond and gold studs. The only thing I didn't expect was they were bigger than I thought they would be, but that was my own miscalculation. I highly recommend.
