I purchased one of this about seven years ago and loved it. The watch kept decent time and looks great even when the plating began to wear, I still loved its look. After seven years the mainspring failed. But I felt like for the price I got more than my money's worth. So I had no hesitation to order a new one. It arrived, I was surprised it was fully wound but not operating. After fidgeting with it a bit, it began to work. It worked off and on for about three weeks. Then I noticed that the mainspring was failing. It would run fine for about four hours then stop. I would either have to move the hands or tap it to get it running again until it totally failed. Personally I suspect that the watch was over wound before shipment. I doubt if I will purchase another in the future and instead invest a few more dollars in a superior brand.

This pocket watch is super cool! I don't actually carry it in my pocket, I keep it at home to help me remember to save money (every deposit means I get to wind the watch), so I can't speak much on durability. But the watch feels really solid, super satasifying to hold. Overall just a really cool piece for a very good price.
