I like the product just smaller than expected.

The earring was in place for approximately 12 hours before the ball fell off and the earring was lost. I’ve had my other earrings in for years and I know how to ensure a secure fit… the inside of the ball must have been stripped. I would like a replacement or a refund but there isn’t an option to request that when I can’t send back the lost earring.

Can’t use for a daith piercing

The ends do not screw together very well. It acts like it has the wrong size.
