I ordered a 10 gauge set and got a 8 gauge set. Was initially very disappointed cause I couldn’t use them but was able to use them now that I got to an 8. They are fairly okay, but the interior hole is very small like it hides your actual size. The biggest thing was that they sent the wrong size, I didn’t return them cause I knew I would use them eventually.

The media could not be loaded.  It was a bit expensive but for good reason, it comes with two and it doesn't unscrew, I can't wear a septum for work so I've been using this. :)

Ordered 10g/2.5mm, but they seemed a little big. Measuring with a caliper showed they were close to 3mm than 2.5.
