The product was ok, but it needs better protection for shipping. The thinly padded envelope was shoved into my mailbox, which I think is probably why the corners of the tray were cracked. As others have mentioned, it is made of a flimsy plastic, so I would not use it to display jewelry, but it works great as an insert. I'm putting it in a drawer where no one will see, so I just used some black tape to tape the corners.

These are made of very thin plastic and will break easily if you’re not careful. In fact, two inserts arrived broken. However, if you are careful and put them into the trays or drawers, they look pretty nice and are very functional.So not the best quality, but they get the job done and fit standard trays/drawers.

I decided to organize my jewelry and spent time on Amazon evaluating the options. No pre-made jewelry chests or boxes seemed to work for the pieces that I have. After I saw the trays and the various inserts (great assortment of configurations, functional, but not top quality - but they will be inside my box!), I decided to get a beautiful solid wood jewelry box constructed in which the trays would fit exactly in the drawers, and I would always have the option to change the inserts. I ordered trays and inserts to figure out what I needed. I then found a wonderful woodworking company, George's Woodcrafts, in the small town of Mount Joy, PA. They do custom work in solid walnut, cherry, and maple. I worked with Anthony on a design and am looking forward to the completion of the box for on my bureau.

This is really cheap and flimsy. It's a very thing piece of plastic with a light velvet coating over it. I was expecting something a little more sturdy.

These trays are thin, but look great lining my draws filled with jewelry . I ordered the tray in this picture, but received a tray with the horizontal rolls instead. I found a way to make it work since the shipping costs twice as much as the product.
