At first sight it looks good but good luck trying to put it on and keeping it on. Absolutely does not stay. As to it glowing in the dark I could not say since I've not tested it. Don't buy.

I was excited to try this out, but after 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to contort my ear to get it on, my ear was sore and I found no way to make it stay on my ear. The clip at the bottom seemed too large, and really painfully poked into my ear, and the ones at the top seem designed for very small ears… mine were apparently too big. I tried gently widening it a little bit to make it fit better and less painfully and promptly broke it.This may work for you if you have very small ears, or you’re getting it for a child. Otherwise, do not recommend… though it does look cool. I may turn mine into a pin or something.

The piece looked cool. But it would not stay on my ear. And when it did, if I turned my head, it would fall off. Useless.
