When we lost our loved one I purchased one from the funeral home and then later on we decided to buy this one as well. I like this one better! It’s a beautiful piece and for the price! I feel like the funeral home robbed me. The top unscrews so you can add your loved ones ashes. It comes with a scooper. The chain hasn’t left my neck green or discolored. Very nice piece. One downfall though. Online the picture shows the cross to be like a grayish blackish color. On my cross it is dark black. Either way I'm very happy with this cross. I will be putting some of my mother's ashes in it. Thank you for a very beautiful design! I highly recommend this cross for your loved one...

THIS PRODUCT WAS NICELY PACKED AND COMES WITH A SMALL VELVET BAG AND A SPOON TO TRANSFER THE ASHES, HOWEVER THE ENGRAVEMENT IS SO MICRO SMALL YOU CAN NOT SEE GRANDMA AS THE PICTURE DISPLAYS. BESIDES THAT WAS NICE. WOULD OF LIKED IF COULD SEE THE MOST IMPORTANT PART
