I loved this when I first bought it. I even thought it would make a great gift. But two weeks after initial wear the edges started to fray. Soon thereafter, I'd wake to find little flicks of black paint on my wrist. Then I realized you can literally just scratch the skin thin layer of color right off.Nothing says I like you, but only a little, like cheap jewelry. It really spoils that warm fuzzy loving feeling when the object of your affection wakes up with cheap black paint chips on their face and in their sheets.Shame really, they didn't use the same process of electroplating the color to the clap as they did with the interconnecting knots. It would not have cost that much more.
