This item could not be returned because of internet problems in my area. I sent a reply to the chatbot but never received any further info. I left a message asking to be contacted.The item looks cheap and nothing like the picture on line. Dull cast on the charm and the amethyst us so dark and dull you can't even tell its a stone if it is. I still have it in the box and the envelope because I could not reach anyone for a return sticker. This is so dissapointing I wouldn't even give it away. Congrats to the company that is able to sell this garbage for the price of real silver and looks like plastic .
