Took us several minutes to figure out the clasp, and we feared we would break it ... ok so far. Packaging was disappointing -- metal clip in box was not fit for this piece, and it basically floated around the box ... not making a very good gift impression.

I would rate this higher but my wife has worn this bracelet (the dark red garnet) all of 3 days and the side clasps are loose and barely hold onto the piece they're supposed to latch onto. If it weren't for the box part of the clasp it would come apart and fall off her wrist and she'd never know about. Is there some better way to make the side clasps tighter of is this just the quality to be expected from this jewelry source? They're not that expensive, but it's also not a Walmart piece either, so I expected better.

While the bracelet is beautiful, it came with a broken clasp that cannot be closed. Doesn't matter if it's a good deal if I need to repair it after receiving it.
