ORDERED THREE OF THE LIGHT BLUE BRACELETS....A REALLY GREAT COLOR!!! WELL, THEY ARRIVED AND THE POOR WORKMANSHIP WAS UNBELIEVABLE.....GET THAT?:.....UNBELIEVABLE!!! ON ALL THREE BRACELETS.....THE CLASPING MECHANISM WAS FAULTY.........NOT 'CLICKING' IN PLACE. ALSO ON ALL THREE BRACELETS.....ONE OF THE GUARDS WAS 'FLOPPING AROUND' AND LOOSE TO THE POINT THAT I JUST KNEW IT WAS A MATTER OF TIME UNTIL THEY JUST FELL OFF!!!!!! NOW HERE COMES THE GRAND FINALE!!! ONE OF THE THREE BRACELETS WAS AN INCH SHORTER THAN THE OTHER TWO. I REFUSE TO SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT IS SO CARELESS......A HUGE INDICATOR OF THE LACK OF RESPECT THIS COMPANY HAS FOR ITS CUSTOMERS. THEY DON'T DESERVE MY BUSINESS NOR YOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This bracelet is beautiful and exactly what I wanted.I opened the package and put it on my wrist. Immediately I realized the clasp was broken and a stone missing. Now I know Amazon is usually fantastic with keeping customers happy & the rep I talked to then was. He sent me a return shipping label & a replacement bracelet which I got even before I could make it to the drop box.So I put the new one on and by 6 pm I can see 3 stones are missing. This time all Amazon did was refund my money to my amazon account not the card I paid with but that's fine. So now I'm very upset, this would be perfect if it didn't keep breaking. I will add it's highly unlikely that it would something I did wrong. It was great a few years ago Thanks again!

Very pretty but it broke after 5 minutes of wearing it. Stone fell out and it separated.

i bought this bracelet for my soccer banquet and it looked very cute with the dress and paired well. however, it was a bit too big for my wrist and slid way down my forearm when my arm was up. it also broke after one night, but that’s all i really needed it for anyways. probably wouldn’t buy again

So I bought the bracelet wore it twice and it broke in half, so I bought a new one because I like the color… Wore it once and a glass stone fell out… I wish I had held onto the other bracelet so I could try to squeeze a new stone in there. Very very disappointed
