I purchased these beads for a charm bracelet to honor our recently deceased basset hound. Most of the sterling silver beads I have purchased on Amazon have been very tiny. These beads although a little pricier are also larger which I like. The bead itself is gorgeous and I am so happy that I made this purchase. Highly recommend!

This is such a cute bead. I chose the January option in honor of my late grandmother and I love it. It fit perfectly on my snake chain bracelet and I think it looks great on there. The bead appears to be well made, with no obvious defects. The CZs are all properly set and sparkly. The heart shaped cut outs on the side are crisp with no sharp edges. The rose gold plating on the carnation is nicely done. The bead is marked S925 for sterling silver and is polished to a high shine. This lovely bead would make a wonderful gift for anyone.

I ordered the January charm with the red stone and carnation even though that is not my birth month. I am not disappointed. It is thick so that it fits on a charm bracelet. The sides of the charm (see picture) have little hearts cut out. That's a nice touch. The red stone is clear and sparkly like the small cubic zirconia stones on the edges. I really like the design of the charm. This charm will make a great first charm for anyone starting a charm bracelet. I highly recommend it.

Due to the small size of the charm, it is a little hard to see the paw prints. However, when you really look at the charm, it is very cute.

And this charm goes well with my bracelet. Not of course, just the color but the paw is special to me as I have been living with rescued dogs (and cats) for years. My current two dogs were from horrible conditions - both from awful breeding programs and it took years to "deprogram" my poor little furbuddies. I also have a rescued cat - her owner had simply dumped her outside to fend for herself when the woman moved. So yes, I am very much interested in caring for my own and other animals that have suffered and this charm, for me, reminds me of those animals that need to be cared for and loved, no matter what.
