The beadwork on these is just breathtaking. I wore them out to a concert with a floral dress and they made the whole outfit. The earring clasp with the back lock is what keeps them wearable. You can feel them on, but they do not hurt or drag the ear lobe down in any way. The different brilliant colors of the beading will go with almost any outfit. These I would say would tend to be more for evening wear, but I'd wear them out with jeans and a dressy shirt.

One of the earrings arrived broken- which is not surprising because it’s some cheaply made junk jewelry, not a Betsey Johnson product. I’m guessing somebody bought it and they broke right away, so they returned it.
