After reading the reviews that said this was too top heavy for most regular navel piercings I thought I would give it a shot in my inverse navel. I sits pretty nicely with the heavy part resting in my belly button and the bottom of the feather sitting just below. When I sit down the bottom of the feather wants to stick out a little so I wouldn’t wear it with anything too tight or high waisted. When I stand it sits perfectly flat.

No, no, no! Do not buy this belly ring! I know what you're thinking, "How cute, a feather!" right? Wrong. It doesn't sit right in your belly button. The thing is so top heavy that it pulls your skin and hangs over. It doesn't look like a feather going through your navel, it looks like a big fat tick attached itself right above your belly button. It was so uncomfortable and looked so ridiculous that I took it out right away. Don't buy this. Whoever made it clearly doesn't understand physics.

its tarnishing a bit and is a little too long to fit properly. I ended up switching the bottom out for a ball.

I was very excited to receive this belly button ring, only to be very disappointed all within the first 10 seconds of opening the package. Just by looking it, it's not clear which side is meant to twist off, and I did not receive any instructions or papers showing so either. I started trying to twist off the top part of the feather. I applied hardly any pressure (not more than I normally would to twist something as small as this) and within a few seconds of trying to twist it, the bottom piece broke of. I immediately repackaged it and started the Return/Refund process. This company states that "All returns must be unopened in order to receive a refund" I wrote them a letter explaining my situation and requested either a replacement or a refund. I have yet to receive either, but I'm staying hopeful that this company will pull through for it's customers.

Okay, I know I'm not going to find high quality body jewelry on amazon, but this was the qorst yet. It looks amazing and fits my shape perfectly, but it literally took less than a week to turn my skin green.
