I am heart broken as I got this last month when my mother passed and put her ashes in it and sealed her in it hoping it would stay up to par after only a month the color of the baby turtle is gone and the silver is starting to discolor I am so broken

When I took the turtle out of the package I noticed 2 of the little diamond accents were missing. Looks cheap.
