I bought this bracelet for my sister for Christmas. It is a lovely silver (not too shiny and not matt/brushed, but somewhere between). The charm is lovely and easy to ready. The bangle is expandable to fit over most peoples hands and wrist - you just expand and slide over. I do think it would be too big for a child's wrist. This bracelet is perfect to wear by itself or is the perfect compliment to wear stacked with other bangles. Needless to say, my sister loved the bracelet. I purchased 4 different Alex and Ani bracelets this Christmas season for gifts for different people and loved all of them. Some came with a box, some came with a pouch, and at least one came just in a plastic bag. I'm unclear what is the rhyme or reason of what each bracelet gets, but it would seem they should come in the plastic bag with the pouch and box.

This bracelet was brought for a friend when her sister passed away. She loves the bracelet. However when she wears it she easily get bruises because she is on medication. The bracelet is beautiful and worth the buy. Also they loved Vacationing in Florida.

This is a unique bracelet. The large charm is intricate with lovely sentiment written on the back. The front has a large flower design that is attractive. The color is dark gold. I gave it four stars because the other three charms are very small, about the size of pencil top. The script on one charm can hardly be read. A little disappointing.

I received the Alex & Ani “Mom” bracelet for Christmas from my daughter & love it!! I was so glad to find the “Sister” bracelet & ordered one for each of my sisters as birthday gifts. The quality is good, the price is very affordable & the fit is good for most wrists. However, I was disappointed that the “Sister” bracelets didn’t come with a small velvet bag for storing like the one I received with my “Mom” bracelet.

I bought this for our new baby daughter to five our 9 year-old daughter as a big sister gift when she was born. I absolutely love it. My daughter is a mature 9 year-old and a lot od the jewelry out there is cheesy and not of good quality. This is something that she will cherish for a long time. It is sturdy yet simple. Fits both mine and her wrists perfectly as it is adjustable. Came with a black cloth bag. Less expensive than previous Alex and Ani bracelets I have purchased in store.
