The ring fits nicely and spins easily in both directions without being too loose. Yes, the sound can be annoying sometimes as it is metal on metal, but it sounds like any other fidget ring on the market.Originally, I was sent the wrong ring. The seller quickly sent our a replacement when I returned the original. Overall, a great product!

If you think there is anything between the 2 bands of metal like perhaps ball bearings to make it spin well you are sadly mistaken. When I spin this ring the sound makes me want to drive an ice pick into my ear why simultaneously peeling the skin off my face. That is all.
