I didn’t realize what 9 inches plus an extender really meant. This anklet is sized for an elephant. Beyond plus sized. If you have a normal sized ankle, it will not fit. You also cannot cinch it tighter than where the extender ends so you are stuck at a minimum of 9 inches. Otherwise it’s a beautiful and comfortable anklet.

This is my third anklet from them because I forgot to register my first two so by the time the third broke, I was prepared and sent it in with the warranty form they had me fill out to some P.O. Box address through regular mail which was not trackable. It’s been months and I never received a new one. My photo is screenshot from January as seen in the top of the pic

I'm a petite person, 5'1", 110 lbs, and this anklet was too loose for me if worn the way it's intended to be worn. I've included photos with the anklet's length for anyone who wants to measure before purchasing.Because the chain's links are pretty large, my workaround "hack" was to simply fasten the lobster claw clasp to the links themselves to shorten the chain. It's works well enough. In my photos you can see the original length worn at the shortest "official" length vs the chain shortened with this workaround.While this anklet isn't ideal for me just because of the sizing, it's a cute look at an affordable price! It looks so cute on other reviewers.I like that I can wear this without worrying about accidentally loosing it. (As someone who has lost designer shades on jewelry on beach trips, I've learned the hard way that sometimes it's best to leave the pricey bling at home.)

I loved this out of the box, the size is perfect and easily adjustable. It's pretty and suitable for any casual or dressy occasion. However, I had this on for 24 hours, then it broke while I was looking for something under my bed. The clasp is still clasped but came unattached on the other side. If it doesnt hold up to a day in my boring life, it's not going to hold up to going to the beach, as mentioned in the ad. (I was going to wear it on an upcoming vacation). I'm hoping I can fix it myself, as I really do like it, and will update if necessary.

Can you tell these are the first ankle selfies I've every attempted? Hah. My photos are silly, but the product is lovely! It's not too long or short, but just about perfect. The anklet is two strands, looking like two of the same chain anklet when it's on. She length adjust chain can be shortened simply by clipping the clasp back through the extender chain lower down. So clasp the anklet at the clasping ring, then again further down on the chain so it will be shorter. I think it looks great. I walked to the mail box wearing it and loved the tiny glint of gold at my ankle when the sun hit it as I walked. Wearing it makes me feel like my outfit is a little better pulled together. Sometimes subtlety shouts!
